  • skinless chicken - 2 3
  • margarine, melted - 1 c
  • crushed potato chips - 2 c
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp

How to make potato chip chicken:

Mix crushed chips with garlic salt. Dip chicken in melted margarine. Roll in potato chips. Place on baking sheet and pour remaining margarine and chips over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
