Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2/3 c
- soy sauce
- liquid smoke - 2/3 c
- deer meat - 1 item
- meat marinade mix - 4 pkg
- pepper ground peppercorns coarsely ground are best - 2 Tbsp
How to make deer jerky:
Slice deer in thin strips and marinate 24 hours covered in refrigerator. Take out; pat dry with paper towels. Place on rack in dehydrator and dry until all the moisture is gone.Recipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
