  • salt - 3 Tbsp
  • water
  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2/3 c
  • soy sauce
  • liquid smoke - 2/3 c
  • deer meat - 1 item
  • meat marinade mix - 4 pkg
  • pepper ground peppercorns coarsely ground are best - 2 Tbsp

How to make deer jerky:

Slice deer in thin strips and marinate 24 hours covered in refrigerator. Take out; pat dry with paper towels. Place on rack in dehydrator and dry until all the moisture is gone.
