Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- liquid smoke - 1 Tbsp
- brisket - 1 item
- Durkee meat marinade mix - 2 pkg
How to make beef jerky:
Slice brisket 1/4-inch thick and cut in 1 1/2-inch wide and 3-inch long strips. Soak in mixture 15 hours. Place oven on warm or lowest setting. Put toothpick through one end of each piece and hang on oven rack. Let dry for about 8 hours or until all mRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Beef.
