Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 2
- flour - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- fresh sliced mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make deep fried mushrooms:
In small bowl, mix together beaten egg and milk; set aside. On a plate put flour, salt and pepper. Wash and slice mushrooms. First, dip mushrooms in egg mixture and then in flour mixture. Drop in hot oil and fry 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Healthy, Low fat.
