Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- coconut - 3/4 c
- chopped dates - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- nuts - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- shredded zucchini - 2 c
- margarine or soft butter - 3/4 c
- Gradually add dry ingredients; beat well
How to make zucchini bars:
Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients; beat well. Stir in coconut, chopped dates and shredded zucchini; mix well. Put into a 10 x 15-inch greased pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Cool.Icing:1 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 c. powdered sugar nuts Blend the butter, milk, vanilla and cinnamon; heat.
