Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- chopped dates - 1 c
- eggs, beaten well - 2 item
- cartons Cool Whip - 2 oz
- scant flour - 2 Tbsp
- scant baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make date pudding:
Mix eggs, sugar, nuts, dates, flour and baking powder together. Will be thick. Grease and flour 8-inch cake pan. Bake 30 minutes at 325°. Cook. Break up and mix with Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Nuts.
