Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs one at a time - 4 item
How to make danish dumplings:
Bring to a boil the milk, butter and salt. Add the flour all at once; stir until it forms a ball around spoon. Add 1 beaten egg; beat until smooth. Add 3 more eggs, one at a time. Beat until each one is smooth. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling soup.This recipe can also be used for cream puffs.
