Crunchy tuna salad
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced pimento - 2 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- thinly sliced celery - 1 c
- sliced olives - 1/2 c
- can French fried onions - 1 1/2
- tuna - 2 cans
How to make crunchy tuna salad:
Combine all ingredients except French fried onions. Chill. Just before serving, fold in onions. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Tuna.
