Crunchy tuna salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- diced celery - 2 c
- cooked peas - 2 c
- chopped pimento - 1/4 c
- can tuna, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- Italian dressing - 1/4 c
- can Chinese chow mein noodles - 1 oz
- diced raw carrots - 2 c
How to make crunchy tuna salad:
Combine all ingredients except noodles; chill thoroughly. Add noodles just before serving. Serve on bed of lettuce, if desired. Yield: 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Tuna.
