Crunchy cheese bites

Ingredients/Components

• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• self-rising flour - 1 c
• red pepper - 1/4 tsp
• stick melted margarine - 1 item
• sharp cheese, grated - 2 c

How to make crunchy cheese bites:

Combine all ingredients and make into a long roll. Put mixture on wax paper and place in refrigerator overnight. Cut into slices. Place on cookie sheet and bake 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 325°.
