Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1 lb
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- pecan halves - 1 item
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- sharp cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make cheese biscuits:
Cream cheese with butter. Add salt and pepper. Stir in flour cup by cup (dough should be soft). Roll into small balls, about the size of a nickel. Press on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with pecan half. Bake for 12 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
