Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- basil - 1 tsp
- small onion - 1/2 item
- shredded Swiss cheese - 3 oz
- medium tomato, seeded - 1 item
- can flaky biscuits - 1 item
- slices bacon, cooked and chopped - 8 item
How to make bacon tomato cups:
Spray 3 mini muffin pans with Pam. Separate biscuits into 3 parts. Place in muffin pans. Use tart shaper. Dip in flour and push biscuit into pans. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into biscuit.
