Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • small onion - 1/2 item
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 3 oz
  • medium tomato, seeded - 1 item
  • can flaky biscuits - 1 item
  • slices bacon, cooked and chopped - 8 item

How to make bacon tomato cups:

Spray 3 mini muffin pans with Pam. Separate biscuits into 3 parts. Place in muffin pans. Use tart shaper. Dip in flour and push biscuit into pans. Mix all ingredients together and spoon into biscuit. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°. Makes 20 to 30 appetizers.
