  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
  • whole milk
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • box macaroni, cooked and drained - 1 oz
  • medium Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c

How to make crock-pot macaroni and cheese:

Combine all ingredients. Pour into crock-pot that has been lightly greased. Cut thin slices of cheese and place on top. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired. Bake for 3 to 4 hours on low.
