Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cornflake crumbs - 1 item
- chicken, cut up with skin removed - 1 item
- Dijonnaise mustard and mayo mix - 1/2 c
- Cajun herbed spice mix - 1/2 tsp
How to make crispy oven baked chicken:
Marinate chicken in Dijonnaise and spices for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Mix cornflake crumbs, flour, salt and pepper. Pour oil in pan; roll chicken in crumb mixture. Place in large pan. Bake at 425° until done.Recipe categories: Asian, Indian, Pakistani.
