Crisp onion-roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in quarters - 2 lbs
How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:
In baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally at 450° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley. Makes about 8 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
