  • oil - 1/2 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 1/4 c
  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • potatoes, cut in quarters - 2 lbs

How to make crisp onion-roasted potatoes:

In baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring occasionally at 450° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with chopped parsley. Makes about 8 servings.
