Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- thyme leaves - 1 tsp
- marjoram leaves - 1 tsp
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
- potatoes, cut in quarters - 2 lb
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Preheat oven to 450°. Blend everything, except the potatoes. Add potatoes and coat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
