Creamy potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- cubed potatoes - 2 c
- soup cans milk - 2 item
- bacon slices, cooked - 6 item
- cans undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup - 2 item
How to make creamy potato soup:
In large saucepan, cook onions in3 tablespoons oil until tender. Add potatoes; cover with water. Cook covered 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend in soup, milk and salt. Heat but do not boil. Serve garnished with bacon and parsley. Makes 4 servings.Note: I use turkey bacon since it has less fat.
