  • pkg - 4 oz
  • butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • beaten egg - 1 item
  • paprika - 1 item
  • snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • finely chopped green onions - 4 Tbsp
  • to 6 servings instant potatoes - 4 item

How to make creamy potato bake:

Prepare potatoes without butter. Add cream cheese and beat well. Stir in egg, onion and parsley; blend well. Place mixture in greased baking dish. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400° for 30 to 45 minutes or until molded and browned.
