- pkg - 4 oz
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- paprika - 1 item
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped green onions - 4 Tbsp
- to 6 servings instant potatoes - 4 item
How to make creamy potato bake:
Prepare potatoes without butter. Add cream cheese and beat well. Stir in egg, onion and parsley; blend well. Place mixture in greased baking dish. Dot top with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
