Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sifted all-purpose flour - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- paprika - 1/8 tsp
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- dry parsley flakes - 1/4 tsp
- liquid drained from corn - 1/4 c
How to make corn fritters:
Drain corn, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, parsley flakes and paprika. Combine eggs, melted butter and liquid from corn. Mix well.
