Ingredients/Components
- egg yolks - 3 item
- whipped cream - 1 item
- ReaLemon - 1/2 c
- yellow food coloring optional - 1 item
- 8 to 9-inch baked pastry shell or graham crumb crust - 1 item
- can evaporated milk condensed - 1 oz
How to make creamy lemon pie:
Preheat oven to 325°. In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk and food coloring, if desired. Pour into prepared pastry shell. Bake 30 minutes. Cool. Chill. Spread with whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. MakRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
