Creamy lemon cheesecake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 3 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- 8 oz - 2 pkg
- Duncan Hines pudding recipe lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make creamy lemon cheesecake:
Measure 1 cup dry cake mix and set aside. Combine remaining cake mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press into bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, combine reserved cake mix, 2 eggs and remaining ingredients. Beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake for 35 minutes longer at 350°. Cool. Any flavor of canned pie filling can be spooned on top when served.
