Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk * - 1 c
How to make funnel cake:
*Batter needs to be thin. Add milk until desired consistency.Beat ingredients together until batter is smooth. In deep fryer, heat enough oil for deep frying. To pour in batter, use a funnel or a cup with a pouring spout. Pour into hot oil in a connecting pattern of any kind. Let fry until golden brown on bottom side. Flip. Remove immediately and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Makes 4 funnel cakes.
