Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- slices Swiss cheese - 8 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- chicken breasts, boned - 4 item
- crushed herb stuffing mix suggested brand Pepperidge Farm - 1 c
How to make creamy baked chicken breasts:
Put chicken in greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine soup and wine, stir. Spoon over chicken, then sprinkle stuffing mix on top. Next top with a layer of cheese. Drizzle margarine over top and bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.Note: Cover to keep cheese soft.
