Cream of potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- milk
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- large onions, chopped - 4 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- medium potatoes, peeled - 6 item
How to make cream of potato soup:
Cut up the potatoes and onions. Cook in 3 cups water. Pour mixture into blender in thirds. Blend thoroughly, adding bouillon cubes. Do not drain water. Leave some chunks in the potatoes. Pour mixture into large pot and add butter, half and half, milk, salt and pepper. Simmer until warm. Do not boil.
