Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- bunch chopped broccoli - 1 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Simmer broccoli and onion in chicken broth, water and bouillon cubes until broccoli is tender. Add butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix flour with part milk.
