- c butter or margarine - 1/3 item
- t salt - 1 item
- T flour - 2 item
- dashes hot sauce - 3 item
- lb crab meat - 1 item
- t celery salt - 1/4 item
- c milk or 2 c milk & 3 c half and half - 4 item
- c chicken stock - 1 item
How to make cream of crab soup:
Saut?© onion in butter until tender but not browned. Blend in flour and seasonings.Add milk and chicken stock and continue cooking until thickened, stirring frequently.
