  • c onion, chopped - 1/4 item
  • dash pepper - 1 item
  • c butter or margarine - 1/3 item
  • t salt - 1 item
  • T flour - 2 item
  • dashes hot sauce - 3 item
  • lb crab meat - 1 item
  • t celery salt - 1/4 item
  • c milk or 2 c milk & 3 c half and half - 4 item
  • c chicken stock - 1 item

How to make cream of crab soup:

Saut?© onion in butter until tender but not browned. Blend in flour and seasonings.Add milk and chicken stock and continue cooking until thickened, stirring frequently. Fold in crabmeat gently and continue to cook for a few minutes until crab is heated
