Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- sour cream - 4 oz
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 6 item
- velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- 8-10 red or white potatoes
How to make potato soup:
Cook onion and potatoes together in large pot. Cook the remaining ingredients together until cheese is melted. Drain potatoes and onions. Add rest of ingredients together and simmer together.
