Cream of celery soup
Ingredients/Components
- chopped celery
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion
- water
- milk
- salt - 3/4 tsp
How to make cream of celery soup:
Saute celery and onion in butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to sauteed mixture. Mix milk with flour and salt, then add to boiling mixture. Cook for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups.
