Cream of celery soup

Ingredients/Components

• chopped celery
• butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
• chicken bouillon cubes - 3 item
• flour - 2 Tbsp
• chopped onion
• water
• milk
• salt - 3/4 tsp

How to make cream of celery soup:

Saute celery and onion in butter. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; add to sauteed mixture. Mix milk with flour and salt, then add to boiling mixture. Cook for 1 hour.
