Turkey-vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- diced, cooked turkey - 2 c
- celery tops and pieces - 1/2 c
- diced carrots - 1 c
How to make turkey-vegetable soup:
Cook onion in butter until tender. Add water, bouillon cubes, turkey and vegetables. Boil gently, covered, until vegetables are tender. Stir a little milk into the flour until mixture is smooth.
