- half and half - 2 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Combine broccoli, onion and chicken broth. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour in blender; mix until smooth. Melt butter in pan and add flour, half and half, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli mixture. Cook about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
