Cream of broccoli soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium chopped onion - 1 item
- can cream soup celery, chicken or mushroom - 1 item
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Add chopped broccoli and onion; cook well. Do not drain. Add soup, milk and cheese. Stir and cook until heated through. Serves 6.Optional vegetables to use are spinach, asparagus, cauliflower, carrot and potato.
