  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • medium chopped onion - 1 item
  • can cream soup celery, chicken or mushroom - 1 item

How to make cream of broccoli soup:

Bring 1/2 cup water to boil. Add chopped broccoli and onion; cook well. Do not drain. Add soup, milk and cheese. Stir and cook until heated through. Serves 6.

Optional vegetables to use are spinach, asparagus, cauliflower, carrot and potato.
