Corn soup



  • milk - 1/2 gal
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • fresh ears of sweet corn - 1 doz

How to make corn soup:

Cut the tops of kernels of ears of corn. Back scrape cobs to get all juices. Cover with water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add milk. Cook on low heat until milk is hot, not boiling.
