Crawfish fettuccine
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 pt
- flour - 1/4 c
- sticks margarine - 3 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- chopped onions - 3 item
- chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
- chopped garlic cloves - 4 item
- fettuccine noodles - 1 lb
- crawfish - 3 lb
- chopped bell peppers - 3 item
- chopped celery stalks - 3 item
How to make crawfish fettuccine:
Melt margarine and saute onions, celery and bell peppers. Add parsley, garlic and crawfish; cook for 10 minutes; add half and half, cheese and flour. Turn heat down and simmer for 1/2 hour. Boil noodles according to directions on pack; drain and add to ingredients. Put in large casserole and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Shellfish, Crawfish.
