Mexican spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti - 12 oz
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced - 1 item
How to make mexican spaghetti:
Brown ground beef with onion and pepper. Drain. Season to taste with garlic salt. Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to package directions. In crock-pot, on low heat, add meat mixture, soup, tomatoes, cheese cubes and Tabasco sauce. Stir occasionally until all cheese is melted and blended together.
