Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- salsa - 1 item
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- can green chiles - 4 oz
- jalapeno pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- crabmeat or imitation crab flakes - 8 oz
- flour or corn tortillas 7 to 8-inch - 10 item
How to make crab quesadillas:
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix crab, cheese, onions, chiles and jalapeno. Place 5 tortillas in a single layer on 2 large baking sheets. Cover with crab mixture; top with remaining tortillas. Bake 7 to 9 minutes, until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned. Cut in wedges. Serve hot with salsa and sour cream.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Main dish.
