Sour cream waffles
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 175 g
- water - 6 8
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- rich sour cream - 1/2 liter
How to make sour cream waffles:
Mix all ingredients to a smooth batter and let stand and swell 5 to 10 minutes. Bake the waffles over relatively low heat in an electric waffle iron or one heated on the stove. Should be crisp and golden brown.Lots of waffles are eaten in Norway. Eat them with goat cheese, jam or sour cream.
