  • basil - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • dill - 1 tsp
  • marjoram - 1/2 tsp
  • ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • chives - 1/2 tsp
  • unsalted, whipped butter - 8 oz

How to make boursin cheese:

Place softened butter and cream cheese in a blender or food processor. Add herbs and mix well. Spoon into mold or bowl and chill. Serve with crackers. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks or may be frozen.
