Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dill - 1 tsp
- marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- ground pepper - 1/4 tsp
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- chives - 1/2 tsp
- unsalted, whipped butter - 8 oz
How to make boursin cheese:
Place softened butter and cream cheese in a blender or food processor. Add herbs and mix well. Spoon into mold or bowl and chill. Serve with crackers. Keeps in refrigerator 2 weeks or may be frozen.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
