Ingredients/Components
- small cucumber, sliced - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 2 item
- head lettuce - 3/4 item
- small tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
- flaked crab meat - 2 c
How to make crab louis:
Arrange lettuce on 4 plates. Put mound of crab meat in center of each. Arrange overlapping slices of eggs, tomatoes and cucumber to form a border. Serve with mayonnaise. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Crab.
