Crab and rice casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 5 item
- mayonnaise
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne - 1/4 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked rice - 1 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- flaked crab meat
- crushed tarragon - 1/8 tsp
How to make crab and rice casserole:
Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Blend together all remaining ingredients except cheese. Turn into the crab-rice mixture. Mix well until blended. Place in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
