Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/2 tsp
- tomatoes, quartered - 2 item
- French dressing - 2 Tbsp
- small head lettuce - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs - 4 item
- medium cucumber, sliced - 1 item
- bottled chili sauce - 1/2 c
- fresh crab meat about 1 lb - 2 c
How to make crab louis:
Louis Dressing:1/3 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. bottled chili sauce2 Tbsp. French dressing1/2 tsp. minced onion1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper Mix dressing ingredients until blended (makes about 1 cup). Place shredded lettuce on salad plate. Top with crab meat. Garnish with egg, tomato and cucumber.
