Ingredients/Components
- half and half
- pkg
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped celery - 3/4 c
- onion salt
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- white wine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- whole wheat cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- cans crab meat
How to make crab imperial:
Cook shells as directed. Combine crab, celery, pimento and wine. Toss with shells. Place in 3 quart baking dish. Blend mayonnaise, half and half, and seasonings. Pour over shells. Garnish with buttered crumbs and paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 8 one cup servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
