Crawfish bisque
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 item
- butter - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- parsley - 1/3 c
- stalk celery - 1 item
- green onions - 1/2 c
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- onions - 2 item
- salt, black pepper, red pepper - 1 item
- peeled crawfish, ground - 2 lb
- cleaned crawfish heads - 1 item
How to make crawfish bisque:
Grind celery, onions, bell pepper, garlic and parsley. Simmer in melted butter until wilted. Add ground-up crawfish tails and green onions. Simmer 1 minute. Stir in seasonings, milk, eggs and bread crumbs. Use milk, if needed, to bring mixture to consistency for handling.
