  • milk - 1 item
  • flour
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • dash of Tabasco - 1 item
  • coffee cream - 1 c
  • soda crackers - 6 item

How to make crab imperial:

Add lemon juice to crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Make a sauce over medium heat. Blend flour, mustard and small amount of milk. Add cream; cook until thick. Add melted butter; pour over crabmeat and pack mixture into shells. Mash crackers; mix with 1/4 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top of crabmeat. Bake in a hot oven (400° to 450°) until brown.
