Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- flour
- stick butter - 3/4 item
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- juice of 1 lemon
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- dash of Tabasco - 1 item
- coffee cream - 1 c
- soda crackers - 6 item
How to make crab imperial:
Add lemon juice to crabmeat, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Make a sauce over medium heat. Blend flour, mustard and small amount of milk. Add cream; cook until thick. Add melted butter; pour over crabmeat and pack mixture into shells. Mash crackers; mix with 1/4 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top of crabmeat.
