Ingredients/Components
- heavy whipping cream - 1 pt
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- imitation crab meat - 1 pkg
- small can chopped olives - 1 item
- large size flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- small can chopped chiles to your taste mild or hot - 1 item
How to make crab enchiladas:
In a large baking pan, place a tortilla at one end. Fill across center with crab meat and cheese. Sprinkle with olives and chiles to your taste. Roll tortilla into itself, forming a roll. Repeat process until pan is full. Sprinkle a thin layer of cheese over the top. Sprinkle with olives and chiles. Pour cream over tortillas. Bake in a 375° oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until tortillas start to brown. Serves 5 to 6.Recipe categories: Cheese, Main dish, Crab.
