Swiss vegetable medley
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can French fried onions - 1 oz
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- fresh broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mixture - 1 lb
How to make swiss vegetable medley:
Steam vegetables just until tender. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the cheese and 1 cup of onions. Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole. Bake, covered, about 15 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheese and remaining onions. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden, but not burnt.
