Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 2 lb
- garlic powder - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- mild sausage - 1 lb
- can mild or hot salsa - 1 item
How to make chili con queso dip:
Brown hamburger, sausage, onion and garlic powder. Drain fat. Cut cheese into small pieces and place in crock-pot. Add salsa, soup and hamburger mixture. Turn crock-pot on high. Stir often until melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Great for parties.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
