- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Jack cheese, shredded - 3 c
- cans chopped green chilies, drained - 2 oz
How to make chili relleno squares:
Layer cheeses and chilies in greased 8-inch square baking dish, starting and ending with cheese. In a bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and flour and beat. Pour over cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Cheese.
