Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- chopped chives - 1 tsp
- crabmeat - 1/2 c
- creamed horseradish - 1 tsp
- to 3 dashes Tabasco - 2 item
How to make crab dip:
Marinate crabmeat in lemon juice, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add salt and beat in mayonnaise. Add onions, chives and garlic. Fold in crabmeat. Add horseradish. Serve with potato chips or crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
