Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- mayo - 1 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- Knox gelatine, diluted in 3 Tbsp - 1 Tbsp
- fresh crab - 1 can
- celery, chopped small - 1 c
- Wheat Thins or Triscuits - 1 item
How to make crab dip:
Combine all of the above in the mushroom soup on a low stove. Cook until the cream cheese is melted. At this time, it may be put in a mold pan or even a plain bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from bowl and garnish with parsley and some more green onion slices. Serve with Wheat Thins or Triscuits.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
