- half and half - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- grated Cheddar cheese
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- green bell pepper - 1/4 c
- red bell pepper - 1/4 c
- sausage ham or preference - 1 pkg
How to make country breakfast pie:
Brown sausage and drain. Crumble sausage over pie shell. Crumble cheese over sausage. Lightly beat eggs and add remaining ingredients to it. Then pour over pie. Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breakfast, Time to make.
